Blake Shelton Taps Jimmie Allen To Be His Mentor On Season 22 Of ‘The Voice’ (Exclusive)
Blake Shelton is ready for the new season of “The Voice” and he has Jimmie Allen to help him beat the competition. Access Hollywood can exclusively confirm that Blake tapped Jimmie to be his mentor on Season 22 of the hit NBC competition singing show. Although the 46-year-old Grammy nominee revealed he barely knew the 37-year-old country crooner before selecting him as his mentor, he explained why he wanted to work with him this season. “He is just an incredible performer, and he is so focused on what he does and he is clearly such a huge fan of music,” Blake said.
