Gabby Petito’s cause of death has been revealed. The YouTuber died of strangulation, a medical examiner revealed on Tuesday during a press conference. It was also revealed that she was not pregnant at her time of death. The 22-year-old died three to four weeks before her body was found in Grant Teton National Park in Wyoming following a nationwide search. Her family reported her missing after her fiancé Brian Laundrie returned to Florida in the middle of a cross-country trip with Gabby.
