Bruce Willis Makes History Selling Likeness So Deepfake Can Use His Face In Films

Bruce Willis will be back on screen but in a new way. The “Die Hard” actor is the first Hollywood star to sell the rights to his likeness, allowing an AI version of himself to be used in future projects through deepfake technology. In a new deal with Deepcake, the 67-year-old has granted the company the use of his face to create a realistic “digital twin.” The innovation was already tested in a commercial for a Russian telecoms company. “It’s a brand new and interesting experience for me,” Bruce said.
