BTS Reunites For First Time in 3 Years After Serving In The Military

The BTS ARMY is ready for a celebration. On Aug. 17, all 7 members of the global phenomenon K-Pop group went live on platform Weverse together, marking the group’s official reunion following a hiatus to complete mandatory military service in South Korea. All “able-bodied” men between the ages of 18 and 28 are required to complete some kind of military service in South Korea. In June, rapper Suga was discharged from his time as a social service agent (an alternative to the army, which he chose due to a shoulder injury), making him the last from the group to return home.
