Charlbli Dean’s cause of death has reportedly been confirmed. The “Triangle of Sadness” actress died in August from an unexpected and sudden illness. Now the New York City Medical Examiner is revealing that she died of bacterial sepsis, according to People. Her death was also ruled an accident. It is not clear what caused the infection because the medical examiner has not made her full autopsy public.
