According to TMZ, a source close to the pair claims they ended things a couple of weeks ago and adds that it’s currently unknown what led to their split. The publication also reported that despite rumors AE popped the question, the former couple were never actually engaged. The source noted that the “Believe” singer was allegedly gifted a massive diamond ring around Christmas and says that they just played into the speculation that it was from a marriage proposal.
