The “Cravings” cookbook author was on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” where she spoke out about expiencing pregnancy loss with her third child Jack with husband John Legend. The 35-year-old says she felt like her experience ended up saving her, as she began to explore therapy and embrace sobriety.
