Country Rock Singer Brantley Gilbert’s Wife Gives Birth On Tour Bus Mid-Concert: ‘I’ll Never Forget’
Country rock singer Brantley Gilbert experienced the “craziest night” of his life on Friday, Oct. 11, after his wife, Amber, gave birth to their third child, Abram Howell, aboard a tour bus in the middle of his show. The singer took to Instagram to detail his son’s sudden arrival, posting a video of the events from the evening. Shortly after the set from his “Off the Rails Tour” in Tupelo, Miss., began, he was pulled away for an “emergency,” the clip showed. He then called his mother to tell her about the happy news before displaying sweet pictures and videos of his wife with their new son. Afterward, the singer returned to the stage announcing, “We got a baby.” “So last night might have been the craziest night of my life. Watching such an amazing woman do such an amazing thing is something I’ll never forget,” he wrote for the post’s caption, adding, “Thank you to our road family for rallying around us, Brittany Thornton for helping us bring this little dude into the world, Tupelo, Mississippi for showing us mad love and support, and most of all… Amber Gilbert, for letting me love you and showing me EXACTLY how incredibly strong a woman can be. I love you.”
