Daisy Ridley Reveals She Hasn’t Gone Swimming Since Filming ‘Young Woman And The Sea’
Daisy Ridley fully committed to the role of competitive swimmer Gertrude “Trudy” Ederle in her new film “Young Woman and the Sea,” which follows Trudy’s journey of becoming the first woman to ever swim across the English Channel back in 1926. Daisy told Access Hollywood that she trained for three months for the role. “Physically, it was a feat, and it’s funny, because I’ve not been for a swim since,” she quipped. Access Hollywood takes a look at her new project and other news from women in Hollywood, including Angelina Jolie’s night out with daughter Vivienne and newlywed Millie Bobby Brown showing off her new wedding band.
