Ellen Pompeo has left her mark on Hollywood. The 55-year-old actress received her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on April 29, a moment that she told Access Hollywood is a “culmination” of her career “dreams coming true.” The “Grey’s Anatomy” star has been working in the entertainment industry since 1999 and had “Grey’s” creator Shonda Rhimes and Debbie Allen on hand to give her the honor. “I’m so lucky. I’ve had so much support over the years. I’ve had the same team for 25 years and I couldn’t have done all of this without them and through that I was able to have a family,” she told Access. Ellen also praised the women who have lifted her up throughout her career and talked about producing and starring in “Good American Family.”
