“General Hospital” viewers are saying a temporary goodbye to fan-favorite character Maxie Jones as actress Kirsten Storms continues her recovery from brain surgery earlier this summer. The Soap Opera Network reported on Wednesday that Kirsten would be off the air “for the foreseeable future” while she’s on the mend. Kristina Wagner, who plays Maxie’s mom Felicia, tweeted in response to the news, “Sending love and prayers for a speedy recovery for our dear Kirsten.”
