Gwyneth Paltrow Reveals Her ‘Weird’ Dairy Substitute During Cooking Segment on ‘TODAY’
Gwyneth Paltrow’s recent cooking segment is making headlines after she revealed her unconventional dairy substitute. During the Wednesday, May 27, episode of “TODAY,” the Oscar winner joined hosts Savannah Guthrie and Carson Daily to whip up her Goop recipe for turkey meatballs. As the actress walked the anchors through her steps, she noted that to avoid dairy, she replaces it with arugula. “Really? That’s weird,” Guthrie interjected, with Paltrow responding, “It sounds weird but it kind of adds like a nice texture to it and it’s delicious.” Plus, before the cooking segment, Paltrow sat down with Guthrie for an interview in which she discussed the opening of Goop Kitchen in New York and gave an update on her children, Apple and Moses, both of whom she shares with ex-husband Chris Martin, revealing what her advice to them is as they look to pursue careers in the entertainment industry. “That it’s hard. It’s a difficult road, but it’s worth pursuing if that’s, you know, their absolute truth. And, not to read anything about themselves,” she shared.
