Heather Dubrow Returning To ‘RHOC’ As Kelly Dodd, Braunwyn Windham-Burke & Elizabeth Lyn Vargas Exit

Heather Dubrow is coming back to “The Real Housewives of Orange County” after exiting the series after Season 11, Bravo revealed on their website. Other current cast members returning for Season 16 include Shannon Beador, Gina Kirschenheiter and Emily Simpson. But, some familiar faces including Kelly Dodd, Braunwyn Windham-Burke and Elizabeth Lyn Vargas are not returning.
