IOC Denies Kamila Valieva Benefitted From Sha’Carri Richardson Double Standard

The International Olympic Committee is dismissing claims of a double standard when it comes to competing athletes. The committee released a statement on Wednesday in response to US sprinter, Sha’Carri Richardson comparing herself to Russian Olympic Committee skater, Kamila Valieva. The pair both tested positive for a banned drug.
