Jennifer Aniston Reveals Her Health & Wellness Tricks: ‘It’s Challenging For Me But So Important’
Jennifer Aniston is getting real about her health and wellness. In her recent interview with CR Fashion Book, the 54-year-old actress shared the key lifestyle choices she makes every day, but they’re not always easy. “I drink a lot of water, move my body daily, try to eat whole, fresh foods, and get as much sleep as I can. That last part is challenging for me, but it’s so important,” she said. Jennifer shared why sleeping is tough for her but gave a good tip on how she powers through it. “I feel it when I don’t get enough rest. In addition to all of that, I try to be really mindful about what I let into my headspace. Our world is really going through some challenges, and I know we all care a lot, but sometimes I think it’s imperative that we turn off the noise,” she added. Along with health and wellness, the “Friends” alum has always taken pride in her hair care, and it only seemed fitting that she create her own line of hair products, so she launched LolaVie in 2021.
