Per the outlet, the filing reveals that the former couple had a prenup and they will each keep the assets they accumulated during their seven-year marriage. The date of separation is listed as July 2 and they will each cover their legal fees, according to TMZ. The pair revealed that they “made the difficult decision to divorce” on Monday in a statement obtained by Page Six. “As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives,” the statement read.
