Justin Timberlake has been charged with one count of DWI for allegedly driving while intoxicated, according to TMZ. The “Suit & Tie” singer was arrested by authorities in the Hamptons on June 17 after being pulled over, according to Sag Harbor village police. TMZ reports that law enforcement sources say he was cited for allegedly running a stop sign and failing stay in his line. Those law enforcement sources also telling the outlet that Timberlake failed a field sobriety test and refused a breathalyzer.
