Kate Middleton Recalls ‘Moments Of Fear’ In Heartfelt World Cancer Day Message
Kate Middleton is reflecting on her health journey for World Cancer Day. The Princess of Wales commemorated the Feb. 4 occasion with a new video of herself meeting people at The Royal Marsden Hospital’s Chelsea site, but it was her voiceover message that gave fans insight into what she was going through during her own cancer treatment. In the clip, the 44-year-old openly talked about the challenges that come with cancer for the individual and their family. “As anyone who has experienced this journey will know, it’s not linear. There are moments of fear and exhaustion. But also, moments of strength, kindness, and profound connection,” she shared, adding, “Today is a reminder of the importance of care, understanding and hope. Please know you are not alone.” Kate revealed in March 2024 that she was undergoing treatment for cancer and taking a step back from her royal duties to focus on her health. She confirmed months later that she had completed chemotherapy and in January 2025 announced she was in remission.
