Kate Middleton is giving a candid health update alongside her family. The Princess of Wales announced that she has finished chemotherapy after announcing her cancer diagnosis earlier this year. In the video, Kate opens up about her cancer battle while clips of her husband, Prince William and their three kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis are shown during their time in Norfolk in August. “The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family. Life as you know it can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown,” Kate shared in part.
