Kate Middleton was spotted out in public on Sept. 22 for the first time since announcing just two weeks ago that she had completed chemotherapy. The Princess of Wales was photographed in a car with Prince William as they headed to attend church services at Balmoral alongside King Charles and Queen Camilla.
