Kathryn Kates, ‘Seinfeld’ and ‘Orange Is the New Black’ Star Dead At 73

Actress Kathryn Kates, best known for her roles in ‘Orange is the New Black’ and ‘Seinfeld,’ has died at 73. In a statement to Access Hollywood her reps revealed that she was with her family when she died, “After a long, hard-fought battle with lung cancer, Kathryn passed away peacefully this past Saturday surrounded by her brother Josh, his wife Sue Ann and her sister Mallory,” they said.
