Kelly Ripa is sending some birthday love to her pal Anderson Cooper’s youngest son! The newscaster’s baby boy Sebastian just turned one, and Kelly celebrated the special milestone on Instagram. She shared a photo of herself gently touching the little one’s cheek as he peacefully closes his eyes, and she captioned it partially in French, writing, “Joyeux anniversaire Sebastian. I love you.” Kelly added as an aside to Sebastian’s parents, Anderson and Benjamin Maisani, “that was a fast year.”
