My baby broke his arm in a few places today. I’m not ok,” she wrote alongside a photo of Saint icing his injury while sitting in a wheelchair. In another picture the KKW Beauty founder showed her second child cradling his arm in a cast. The reality star didn’t go into further details about how Saint broke his arm.
