Lady Gaga is stepping out as Harley Quinn! The “Rain on Me” singer was spotted in New York City on Saturday filming a scene for her upcoming movie “Joker: Folie à Deux.” Gaga portrays Harley in the movie, and she looked perfectly the part, wearing the comic book character’s signature red and black colors and some clown-like eye makeup.
