Lily Collins is a new mom! The “Emily in Paris” star announced on Jan. 31 that she and her husband Charlie McDowell’s first child was born via surrogate. Lily and Charlie shared a joint Instagram post showing the little one resting peacefully next to an embroidered name blanket. Lily captioned the sweet shot, “Welcome to the center of our world Tove Jane McDowell. Words will never express our endless gratitude for our incredible surrogate and everyone who helped us along the way. We love you to the moon and back again.”
