Luke Combs spoke with Access Hollywood after the 2021 CMA Awards and reflected on forgetting to thank his wife while giving his acceptance speech after winning Entertainer of the Year. “I did forget to thank my wife out there. Babe, I love you, you know I love you. I don’t even have to say it at this point, you know I love you baby. But, I really don’t ever write speeches,” he shared.
