The 22-year-old daughter of Mama June and older sister of Alana Thompson aka Honey Boo Boo is reportedly expecting twins this summer, according to multiple publications. TMZ, who first broke the exciting baby news, also reported that the “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” alum is pregnant with a boy and a girl.
