Mario Lopez On Dustin Diamond’s ‘Saved By The Bell’ Tribute: ‘It Was Done In A Very Tasteful Way’

“Saved by the Bell” is back for Season Two, but the series isn’t picking back up again without paying tribute to a special member of Bayside High School, the late Dustin Diamond. “Of course, we’re paying tribute to Dustin in the very first episode and I think it was done in a very tasteful way,” Mario Lopez, who plays A.C. Slater, said during the official Sneak Peek Premiere Event. Season 2 of “Saved by the Bell” comes out on Peacock on Nov. 24.
