Meghan Markle stepped out in her second outfit of the day while out in Africa. The royal switched up her outfit, swapping her wrap dress for a recycled blue Veronica Beard shirt dress. She last wore the dress in Oct. 2018 when she was visiting Tonga with Prince Harry. While in Cape Town, the former “Suits” star styled the look with long loose waves and black and tan espadrilles.
