Meghan Markle’s Father Thomas Slams Her & Prince Harry While Begging To Meet Archie & Lilibet

Meghan Markle’s father, Thomas Markle, is making another effort to see his grandchildren. On Sept. 18, the retired lighting director, 79, spoke out in an interview with “Good Morning Britain” to try and get his daughter and her husband, Prince Harry, to acknowledge him so he can meet his two grandchildren, Archie and Lilibet. “I’m very upset about it as well because this is a cruel thing to do to a grandparent. To deny the right to see their grandchild,” he said. He claimed that due to California law, he “can actually sue to see them.” Meghan’s relationship with her father became strained in 2018 shortly before her wedding to Prince Harry and has only continued to get worse over the years, even after Thomas suffered a stroke last year. “The other thing is I’ve done nothing wrong. There’s nothing that points to say I’m a bad guy. I’m a really loving father and she knows that, and there’s no excuse for treating me this way — no excuse to treat grandparents that way,” he said.
