A musician who co-wrote a song for Katy Perry has vanished. Camela Leierth-Segura’s friends and family are asking for help to find her, as the missing persons page on the California Department of Justice website reveals her last date of known contact was on June 29 in Beverly Hills. According to ABC7, her friends say that she drove a 2010 silver Ford Fusion, which was seen “in the middle of the night” on June 30 and that her 19-year-old cat is also missing. Camela is best known for co-writing the “Firework” singer’s track “Walking On Air.” Her pal Liz Montgomery took to social media to ask for support, calling it a critical matter. “We are desperately seeking information on the whereabouts of our dear friend, and sister, Camela Leierth, who may also be using the name Camela Leierth Segura. Camela has been missing since June 29th, and her last known contact was in Beverly Hills, California,” she said. “We are extremely worried about her safety, and despite our best efforts, the local authorities have not been able to locate her…She means the world to us and time is of the essence. Her family in Sweden is pleading for your assistance.” Anyone with information is asked to call the Beverly Hills Police Department.
