Nick Cannon Pays Tribute To Late Baby Zen With Emotional Festival of Lights: ‘I Love You Son’

Nick Cannon is paying tribute to his late son, Zen. On Saturday, “The Masked Signer” host, along with friends and family, held a festival of lights memorial to honor his baby on what would have been his second birthday. “A Difficult Day that turned into a Beautiful Night…We will forever celebrate Zen’s Light! I love you Son,” he captioned photos from the intimate moment. The 42-year-old and model, Alyssa Scott, share two kids together, Zen and 6-month-old daughter, Halo. In December 2021, the pair’s son died of brain cancer and in 2022 Nick penned a heartfelt tribute on the anniversary of his death. “I can’t believe it’s been a year already since the toughest day of my life occurred. Such a painful anniversary. Losing a child has to be the heaviest, most dark and depressive experiences that I will never get over,” he wrote on Instagram at the time.
