In her post, “The Vampire Diaries” alum shared two photos of herself. In the first one she’s on a bike wearing a black cardigan and white sneakers before the accident. The other photo showed the aftermath of the incident, with her laying in a hospital bed with a brace on her knee and neck and an IV in her arm. “How it started vs how it’s going,” she captioned the post. “The Out-Laws” star also shared an update on her Instagram stories—posting a selfie of her in the hospital and a message that read, “I’m ok but it’s going to be a long road of recovery ahead.” Nina didn’t give any additional details about the incident, but her famous friends swarmed to her comments section to send her well wishes, with Sophia Bush writing, “Nooooo! You poor babe.” Her “The Vampire Diaries” co-star Kayla Ewell also commented, writing, “Nina making the hospital gown the new spring trend. Love you! Handing it like a champ!”
