Oasis Speaks Out After Fan Falls To His Death At London Concert: ‘Shocked & Saddened’
Oasis is paying their respects to a fan who fell to his death during their London concert. The band expressed their grief for the concertgoer who died after reportedly falling from Wembley Stadium’s upper tier on Aug. 2. “We are shocked and saddened to hear of the tragic death of a fan at the show last night,” the band wrote in a statement to The Guardian. “Oasis would like to extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the person involved,” they added. Oasis has been playing shows at Wembley as part of the Oasis Live ’25 Reunion Tour which kicked off in July. Saturday’s concert was part of a seven sold-out concert series at the London stadium, which has a capacity of 90,000.
