Pink shared a health update. The singer took to Instagram on Sunday to share a photo of her apparently getting what appears to be an IV. Over the photo, text reads in part, “This is all normal and everything is going really well.” In more text, she explains that she got sick on vacation writing in part, “When you go on vacation and have food and E Coli decides to move into your gut.”
