Prince Andrew’s attempt to have a sexual assault lawsuit against him thrown out has been rejected. U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan refused to grant the royal’s bid to dismiss a federal lawsuit brought by Virginia Giuffre, a woman who alleges that he sexually abused her when she was a minor, according to court docs obtained by Access Hollywood.
