Prince Harry & Meghan Markle’s Rep Blasts ‘Abhorrent’ Claims That Car Chase Was ‘PR Stunt’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are setting the record straight. Nearly a week after the couple’s reps claimed that the couple, along with Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, were involved in a “near-catastrophic car chase,” their spokesperson slammed allegations that the incident was a PR stunt. “Respectfully, considering the duke’s family history, one would have to think nothing of the couple or anybody associated with them to believe this was any sort of P.R. stunt. Quite frankly, I think that’s abhorrent,” the rep said in a statement to the New York Times.
