Prince Harry & Prince William Honor Queen Elizabeth Separately 1 Year After Her Death

God save the Queen! The royal family is paying tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth on the first anniversary of her death. On Friday, Kate Middleton and Prince William shared a sweet tribute on Instagram to the monarch to honor her. The Prince and Princess of Wales posted photos of Her Majesty, including shots with their three kids. “Today we remember the extraordinary life and legacy of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth. We all miss you. W & C,” the caption read. The British royals even included a snap where the late sovereign was surrounded by some of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Prince Harry reflected on his grandmother’s legacy while speaking at the 2023 WellChild Awards in London on Thursday, a ceremony he had to miss in 2022 due to her passing. “She is looking down on all of us tonight, happy we’re together continuing to spotlight such an incredible community,” he said in part. King Charles reflected on his mother’s life too, releasing an audio clip on Instagram on Thursday showing his admiration for her. “In marking the first anniversary of Her late Majesty’s death and my Accession, we recall with great affection her long life, devoted service and all she meant to so many of us. I am deeply grateful, too, for the love and support that has been shown to my wife and myself during this year as we do our utmost to be of service to you all,” he reflected.
