Prince William Says Princess Diana Would Be Disappointed With Continuing Homelessness Crisis
Prince William is speaking out about an issue he feels strongly about. The royal is set to talk about the homelessness crisis on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Friday, speaking with Groundswell, a charity supported by Comic Relief which seeks to create solutions to homelessness. The Prince of Wales says, per People, that his late mother Princess Diana wouldn’t be happy by the lack of progress made on the issue. “My mother introduced me to the cause of homelessness from quite a young age, and I’m really glad she did. I think she would be disappointed that we are still no further on in terms of tackling homelessness and preventing it than when she was interested and involved in it.”
