Queen Elizabeth & Prince Philip Will Skip Royal Christmas At Sandringham For First Time In More Than 30 Years

Christmas is going to look quite a bit different for the royal family this year. Buckingham Palace has confirmed that Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip will not be heading to Sandringham for their traditional holiday get-together amid the pandemic. A palace spokesperson told Access Hollywood in a statement, “Having considered all the appropriate advice, The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh have decided that this year they will spend Christmas quietly in Windsor.”
