Raquel Welch’s cause of death has been revealed. The star passed away from cardiac arrest, per her death certificate which was obtained by TMZ on Tuesday. The outlet reports that the document also reveals a possible underlying factor was Alzheimer’s disease, something she had not revealed publicly. The star, who was known as a 1960s bombshell famous for her roles in “One Million Years B.C.” and “Fantastic Voyage,” died in February at the age of 82.
