The New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner confirmed to NBC News on Tuesday that 19-year-old Leandro De Niro died from the “toxic effects of fentanyl, bromazolam, alprazolam, 7-aminoclonazepam, ketamine, and cocaine.” His manner of death was ruled an accident.
