Rod Stewart’s son, Sean, is on the mend after getting hit by a truck. The 42-year-old shared a selfie from the hospital on his Instagram Stories on Monday. “I got hit by a truck at a red light. Hard out here on the streets,” he wrote. In the photo Sean is wearing a hospital gown and neck brace. The entrepreneur is now resting up after the scary incident and sharing an update on his condition with fans. “Still in a lot of pain got my best friend by my side #doggydoctor,” he shared on his Instagram Stories on Tuesday. Sean’s parents, Rod Stewart and Alana Stewart, haven’t commented on the incident publicly yet.
