Scott Foley Shares Heartfelt James Van Der Beek Memories From ‘Dawson’s Creek’

Access Hollywood’s Scott Evans spoke to Scott Foley at the “Scream 7” red carpet premiere in Los Angeles. He reflected on his role as Roman Bridger from 2000’s “Scream 3” and how he feels reprising his role. Scott also shared some memories about working with the late James Van Der Beek on the first season of “Dawson’s Creek.” “I was really fortunate to know him before he was famous, I was on the show before it even aired. I was the older guy who was buying beer for James, Josh, Michelle and Katie. Don’t tell anybody that. He was a kind man and I enjoyed working with him and I was,” Scott said. Adding, “When news came that he had passed away it was hard to reconcile with and he was a kind man and I hope his family finds their way through this.” “Scream 7” will be in theaters nationwide on February 27th.
