The Paris Olympics hasn’t yet begun, but Simone Biles is already wowing the crowds. The decorated gymnast impressed onlookers as she went through her routine in podium training on Thursday, nailing every event including the spectacular Yurchenko double pike vault that was renamed after her in 2023. Though this year marks Simone’s third Olympic Games, she’s also described it as the “redemption tour.” Back in 2021, the 27-year-old withdrew from events at the Tokyo Games after experiencing the “twisties.” The 2024 Paris Olympics kick off July 26 on NBC and will stream live on Peacock.
