Shakira Smiles & Greets Fans Ahead Of Resuming World Tour After Hospitalization For ‘Abdominal Issue’

Shakira is looking happy and healthy while resuming her tour after a medical issue caused her to cancel a show in Peru. The singer smiled and waved to fans outside her hotel ahead of taking to the stage on Feb. 17 in Lima. She had canceled a scheduled concert the night before, telling fans in an Instagram statement that she was “sorry to inform you all that last night I had to go to the ER for an abdominal issue and am currently hospitalized.” The 48-year old is currently on the Latin American leg of her “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran” world tour.
