Simone Biles, Aly Raisman, McKayla Maroney & More Suing FBI For $1B Over Larry Nassar Abuse

Simone Biles, Aly Raisman, and McKayla Maroney are among 90 women and girls who are suing the FBI for more than $1 billion. In a new lawsuit filed on Wednesday, the claimants are alleging FBI negligence in the Larry Nassar abuse case. “The FBI was grossly derelict in their duties … ignoring its obligation to report child abuse to relevant state and federal agencies and lying to Congress,” an attorney for the gymnasts said in a release obtained by NBC News.
