Sophie, Countess Of Wessex Tears Up Reflecting On Prince Philip’s Death: He ‘Left A Giant-Sized Hole In Our Lives’
Sophie, Countess of Wessex is emotionally reflecting on the moments of grief she and her family have experienced as they adjust to life without Prince Philip. The late Duke of Edinburgh’s daughter-in-law, who is married to Prince Edward, opened up her family’s path forward during an interview on BBC Radio 5 Live. “He’s left a giant-sized hole in our lives,” she shared, adding that the grieving process would probably “take a lot longer” due to the pandemic, since they’re “not necessarily doing the things that we would normally have done with him.” She also teared up discussing the “oh my goodness” moments she’s experienced when his memory floods in.
