Taylor Swift Fan Cries Over Being Gifted Singer’s Hat At Tokyo Eras Tour Concert

It felt like a perfect night for this young fan at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in Japan! The music superstar left one Swiftie stunned at her Tokyo concert on Feb. 7 when the lucky concertgoer was gifted her hat directly from stage. Social media video of the moment shows Taylor smiling as the attendee wells up with shocked tears, and the singer is seen thanking her new friend, reportedly in English and Japanese. Taylor kicked off the first of four Japan shows just one day after her huge night at the 2024 Grammy Awards, where she not only won Album of the Year for her most recent LP “Midnights” but also announced her surprise project “The Tortured Poets Department” which drops on April 19. Fans are already so excited for new Taylor music that they might have gotten ahead of themselves when the icon teased two acoustic songs on Night 2 of the Eras Tour in Tokyo, and she quickly clarified when she realized the crowd got the wrong impression. “I have selected two brand new songs I have never performed … I just realized what you thought I said, like I haven’t performed them live…oh my God I am so sorry,” she said.
