Raquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval have broken their silence. Amid allegations that the “Vanderpump Rules” co-stars had an affair while Tom was still with his longtime girlfriend Ariana Madix, the two both made public apologies. “There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana,” Raquel shared.
